We thought we'd attempt to answer some of your questions up-front before you even have to call, just to save you a bit of time, because we know that when you're planning those big events, you certainly are on a tight time budget. [CAN WE LOOK AT YOUR INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION?]
Of course you may. We'd love for you to come down to our Limos Sacramento office and look at the documents, if you'd like, or if you prefer, you can request us to send them to you via email or fax. All of our licenses and permits are always kept current and renewed on a regular basis, and our insurance policy is in the multi millions of dollars, giving you the utmost amount of protection when you're traveling with us. Again, just get in touch with Limos Sacramento to request the documents at any time.
[WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?]
Our business hours for both responding to phone calls and emails as well as for your transportation needs are absolutely without end. We work 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours of every single day. There is always someone on staff to respond to your questions, and we've got chauffeurs available around the clock to make sure that our customers will always be taken care of. The only thing that can be a problem is if all of our party buses are already booked for parties, so we do recommend calling as early as you possibly can, or at the very least, two weeks in advance. We'll still do everything we can to take care of your needs even if you call on the spur of the moment.
[CAN WE DRINK AND SMOKE ON THE PARTY BUS?]
Drinking is of course allowed on our buses, and we have wonderful built-in bars that you can stock with all of your favorite drinks. We provide the ice and cups too! Smoking, however, is not allowed in any of our vehicles, in order to keep them super clean and smelling as fresh as possible for our customers.
[HOW FAR OUTSIDE OF SACRAMENTO CAN YOU TAKE US?]
Our usual service area includes the counties of Sacramento, San Joaquin, Contra Costa, Solano, Yolo, Sutter, Placer, El Dorado, and Amador. If your destination is not within those counties, contact us to find out if we can take you there. Our Service Area page is just a guide to our most popular cities and is not necessarily the be-all and end-all of the places that we can visit.
